We want you to love every piece you order from Zaylai. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unstained, and free of perfume or any signs of use.

• All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.

• Shipping and return fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any return that doesn’t meet the above conditions.
