Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Zaylai. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unstained, and free of perfume or any signs of use.
• All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
• Shipping and return fees (approximately EGP 160) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• If you would like to try on your order before accepting it, the courier can wait while you try the item. If it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any return that doesn’t meet the above conditions.
